Finance Business Partner - Programming

This is a Finance Business Partner role working in Consumer Finance supporting the TV & Entertainment Team on Programming costs.
The role has the following primary responsibilities:

• To run end-to-end financial processes across Programming deals, specifically focusing on the impact of contract renewals on revenue and margin across converged Commercial P&L.
• Business Partnering to TV&E teams and working closely to set monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets on Programming.
• Working closely with Management Accounts to accurately report monthly actuals.
• Conducting all financial modelling to support contract negotiations, renewals, and overlays.
• Close partnership with business intelligence and planning teams to improve existing reporting/forecasting suite (e.g., Anaplan and Tableau).
• Support wider team across Content deals.

The must haves:

• Finance qualification preferred (CIMA, CA, ACCA), or equivalent.
• Strong modelling skills supported by strong commercial analysis to pro-actively draw out business themes, challenge assumptions, understand core problems, and bring resolutions to complex issues.
• Ability to engage and lead with senior professionals across Finance and Consumer to achieve efficient commercial outcomes quickly and optimally.
• Demonstrable ability to clearly communicate, influence, and drive decisions.

The other stuff we are looking for:

• Ability to quickly build strong working relationships within both Consumer and Finance teams.
• Ability to articulate complex and detailed information in a simple form to both financial and non-financial teams around the business across all levels.
• Willingness to travel between company sites and offsite for meetings.
