Finance Business Partner

Gerrard White is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 6 month contract role Inside IR35 working a hybrid model between remote and London to provide strategic finance support.

Suitable candidates must be available immediately as this is an urgent requirement.

Key tasks:

• Act as a strategic advisor to business units, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Work closely with non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial awareness and performance.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency within financial operations.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Any experience in the insurance sector would be highly beneficial.
