Finance Business Partner

This is a newly created Finance Business Partner role working for an inspirational Finance Director. A real opportunity to undertake a purely commercial role that you can absolutely make your own.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the FD with the financial strategy and operations. You will work closely with all operational leaders across all departments to provide financial insights, drive performance improvement and support the commercial decision-making process. You should have outstanding communication skills - this will be absolutely key to demonstrate throughout the interview process.

You will:

1. Collaborate with departmental heads to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive business performance.
2. Develop strong working relationships across the organization.
3. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
4. Analyze financial performance and provide monthly reporting, including variance analysis and KPIs.
5. Support business areas in understanding and managing their financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
6. Support cost control initiatives, monitor cost trends, and provide analysis on cost efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
