Fixed Term Contract Full Time

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location: Farringdon, London EC1R (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our shared service finance team managing commercial finance for one of our innovative B2B MarTech agencies, Flixmedia. This role is on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end financial close process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Present financial results to senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Manage revenue, cost of sales, commissions, accruals, and provisions.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and manage the annual audit process.
• Oversee key financial elements like VAT returns, FX postings, and treasury funding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial reporting systems.
• Mentor and develop an Assistant Accountant to support their growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified ACCA with commensurate years of experience in commercial finance roles.
• Strong grasp of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and financial software (SAP BPC, Dynamics 365 Finance, Chrome River, Medius Flow, Blackline, SAP SAC).
