Finance Supervisor

We are looking for a part-time Finance Supervisor (expected hours: 24 per week) to support the effective management of Cheshire West Recycling's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, risk management, and compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly management accounts
2. Reconcile balance sheets
3. Maintain financial controls
4. Support process improvements
5. Assist with procurement, payroll, and governance
6. Communicate financial insights to operational teams
7. Develop internal reporting structures
8. Monitor budget performance
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations
