THE ROLE
We're hiring Carwow's first ever Systems Admin to own our NetSuite setup, our relationship with Netsuite and with all external consultants helping with our Netsuite Implementation.

Day to day, you'll focus on the following:

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate security levels.
  • Analyse existing finance workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Monitor data integrity within financial systems and ensure accurate data flow between integrated platforms.
  • Provide first-line technical support for finance system users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new users and ongoing system updates.
  • Design best in class solutions in NetSuite to improve the efficiency of the finance team and the wider business.
  • Collaborate with the Business Solutions / IT team to integrate our ERP with other business platforms (Salesforce, Snowflake, ).
  • Evaluate and recommend new financial technology solutions to meet evolving business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • System expertise: Strong proficiency with NetSuite and ideally other financial reporting tools.
  • Finance foundations: Excellent understanding of financial operations within finance teams; strong finance and accounting foundations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing data integrity and financial records.
  • Technical and analytical skills: Strong understanding of databases and ability to analyse processes and data flows to optimize system performance.
  • Curious about new technologies including LLMs.
  • Communication: Excellent written & verbal communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, or process improvement projects.
