Finance Systems Manager, Offshore Law Firm - Jersey/Hybrid

Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a growing global footprint. On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced finance systems manager. This role can be based in Jersey or possibly Guernsey or London with a degree of remote working.

The role-holder will be expected to take control of all financial management systems, primarily Adherant. It will be crucial to maintain and enhance the efficient operations of such systems for both technical operations and user experience.

Applicants should have at least five years of experience in finance systems management within a professional services environment. Demonstrable expertise in Adherant configuration upgrades and support will be desirable. Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools such as SSRS is required. Knowledge of AWS-based Sierra will be desirable as the company will be transitioning to this platform in the near future.

Applicants should also have a background in accountancy and finance and possess excellent communication skills, especially when mentoring non-technical users.
