Finance Systems Specialist (Sage Intacct)

We are looking for a Finance Systems Specialist (Sage Intacct) to join our team for 6 months. This role is pivotal in enhancing business efficiency through system improvements and workflow automation. We currently use Sage Intacct but need to add additional functionality and modules. The role will be based in our Liverpool Street offices with a minimum of three days in the office and the option to work from home two days per week.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Conduct a GAP analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements.
• Set up Sage Intacct modules and configure the system to align with business needs.
• Design and build out key modules and workflows, including Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Prepayments and Consolidation.
• Oversee and manage the project from start to completion, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Provide hands on support in setting up and optimising modules for maximum efficiency.

• ACCA/CIMA qualified or minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Proven experience with Sage Intacct, including implementation and workflow design.
• Experience in system administration, user training, and process automation.
• 3+ years working within a finance team, with a focus on finance system improvements.
