This role is a contractual role for approximately 5 months to support a period of significant change within the Mace finance community. Using your prior experience, you will implement strategies to help the organisation adapt to change. You will have previously managed finance change activities, focusing on the end user experience and ensuring colleagues are informed of the change. Working closely alongside the project team to build your understanding of the downstream impacts of the change, you will apply a structured methodology to lead the change management activities. You are a confident and informed advocate for change, leading sessions and engaging with all stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans aligned to programme goals and employee needs to maximise employee adoption.
  • Conducting change impact, business readiness and stakeholder analysis across end users, functions and the organisation.
  • Creating and delivering interactive activities/workshops that build knowledge and skills to navigate transitions effectively and sustainably.
  • Creating personas to assist with end user education and adoption.
  • Creating communication strategies and plans to inform all stakeholders on programme progress.
  • Contributing to clear, tailored communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees at all levels and points of the change journey.
  • Developing training materials including but not limited to; how to guides, PPT, training videos, briefing emails, frequent Q&A and live demos.
  • Delivering end user training using developed materials to agreed timescales.
  • Assisting the transformation director with stakeholder management to ensure alignment, buy-in, value and seamless execution of change initiatives.

You'll need to have:

  • Experience planning and delivering successful change management on large and complex projects within a global business.
  • Experience managing business change for a large-scale people, process and system transformation.
  • Previous experience of change management programmes within finance, preferably focusing on subledger automation projects.
  • Experience within Oracle Fusion ERP & EPM (beneficial).
  • Demonstrable confidence with leading training and briefing sessions, tailoring content and delivery depending on the recipient.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues directly related to change management.
