What Will the Temporary Financial Controller Role Involve?

• Oversee the Group's finance operations, ensuring robust financial controls, profit protection, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Lead and manage a growing finance team, supporting development and overseeing month-end processes.
• Oversee payroll processes, credit control, and debtor escalations to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and analyse key business reports, providing accurate and timely commentary to support decision-making.
• Support with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Financial Controller Role:

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with proven experience leading a finance function.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team while being hands-on where required.
