Finning International Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive the profitable growth of our Electric Power Retail products (33kva - 1500kva) in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This role involves managing a portfolio of new and used products, existing customers, and key accounts across multiple market sectors, from trade to end users. The successful candidate will prepare high-standard technical quotations and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to develop cost-effective installation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve profitable growth of sales by developing relationships with agreed market channels.
Meet annual sales targets.
Follow up on leads and prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring accurate capture of won/lost information in the CRM system.
Understand account objectives, strategic plans, and manage new/existing key account customers.
Increase participation of Finning in power generation installations, including CVA & connected assets in the diesel prime and standby market.
Source and procure used generators to meet sales targets.
Perform valuations on used generators and other power generation equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience in the power generation industry and sourcing used equipment is preferred.
Proven track record in sales and account management.
Commercially knowledgeable with a strategic mindset.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Familiarity with business systems such as Caterpillar's EOMP (CSQ, DOI, GSVT).
Basic understanding of power generation in prime and standby power applications inclusive installation.
