We are looking for a Fire and Building Safety Manager to lead our fire and building safety approach, ensuring compliance with all current and future legislation. This is a pivotal role in shaping our strategic approach, working closely with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and key stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do
  1. Develop and implement fire and building safety strategies across our estate.
  2. Provide expert guidance to internal teams, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  3. Work closely with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and external consultants to maintain our high safety standards.
  4. Conduct audits on fire risk assessments, ensuring best practice across our properties.
  5. Lead fire remediation projects and implement recommendations to enhance safety.
  6. Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure our approach evolves accordingly.
What We're Looking For
  1. Degree-qualified professional with membership in a relevant fire safety body (e.g., IWFM).
  2. Extensive knowledge of fire and building safety legislation.
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulations to diverse audiences.
  4. Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies across large property estates.
  5. Resilient, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
