Responsibilities
  1. Support a data and insight-led FM service, working closely with the Operations Project Manager.
  2. Track operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve service issues.
  3. Manage stakeholder feedback and communication, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  4. Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and contribute to value-add projects in facilities management.
Who you are

You are experienced in facilities management, preferably within retail, with strong skills in KPI management, Excel, and PowerPoint. You excel in stakeholder management, operational improvement, and working independently to deliver continuous excellence.
