I help to keep people safe and warm by

• Support the FP&A manager in leading strategic and commercial decision-making and driving cost-efficiency idea generation
• Support in the ownership of the month-end process
• Incorporate enhanced variance analysis production for all group reporting purposes, including detailed analysis and commentary on team/cost centre results
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of all levels and have the ability to advise and challenge where necessary
• Support in the running of the overhead allocation and rechargeable pricing models
• Challenging and supporting cross-directorate teams at all levels.
• Will take ownership of company financial models and seek to improve them as well as build new models to drive greater insight

What you'll need

• The job holder should be studying towards CIMA/ACCA qualification and preferentially have a degree.

We're also looking for;

• Expert Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
• Interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced financial and accounting knowledge
• Relevant degree
• 3+ years previous experience
