FP&A Manager

Are you looking for a role with impact where you can play a critical role in shaping the future of a high-growth company? We're looking for a driven FP&A manager to join our finance team, who is passionate about bringing strategic insight to aid decision making at bunny.net .

You'll be at the core of our financials, overseeing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, working directly with the wider executive team.

What will you do?

• Manage Bunny's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including KPIs to highlight trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets, to support decision-making and aid with financial planning.
• Work closely with the exec team to ensure we are on track with the budget.
• Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support business decisions.
• Run ROI analysis for strategic projects.
• Assist in fundraising activities, investor relations, and board presentations as needed.
• Establish expertise in NetSuite and BI tools, contributing to the optimization of financial reporting and planning tools.

What will you bring?

• Strong financial acumen with a proven background in FP&A, business analysis, or management reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with Excel, NetSuite, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of effective business partnering across teams.
