FP&A Manager

We're growing - and to help accelerate our growth we're looking for an exceptional FP&A Manager to join our Finance team.

We are looking to recruit an FP&A Manager to support the Chief Financial Officer, leadership team and the wider finance function. The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly commercial finance professional with a proven track record working in a fast paced, high growth business. Key to success will be a desire to challenge, drive improvements to reporting and accuracy, forecasting and budgeting and play a critical role in financial strategy and decision-making processes to support the company's growth objectives.

We're looking for people based in London, as we work in a hybrid set-up.

Who we're looking for

1. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a SaaS environment
2. Experience of working in a Private Equity backed business preferable
3. Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
5. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
9. A detail-oriented and methodical individual who takes pride in their work

Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into the company's financial performance and future outlook
2. Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and analysis for strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business decisions
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, the Board, investors, and other stakeholders
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial and operational metrics, analyse variances, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance and drive profitability
5. Business Partnering: Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand their financial needs, provide insightful analysis, and support decision-making
6. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues
7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
8. Corporate Finance: Support any M&A activity the company may undertake in executing its strategy
