You will be joining a high-profile and established main contractor based in Derby operating in the water sector. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work, being Severn Trent's preferred contractor for the delivery of their non-infrastructure works, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Framework Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As Framework Manager, you will be based out of their Derby office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

Liaising with project management to ensure work is safely delivered to expected requirements

Holding accountability for the successful delivery of work within budgets

Engaging with clients, local authorities, subcontractors and other key project stakeholders

Ensuring programmes of work are defined and risk management plans are in place

Monitoring financial performance and delivery against programmes of work

Ensuring activities meet programme outputs and are completed to expected standards.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:

Proven successful experience of managing projects from inception through to completion, ideally in the water industry

Working knowledge of NEC form of contracts

Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders

Strong understanding of programme delivery processes

Financial awareness and ability to work to budgets.

Starting salary up to £85,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
