£150 per day

Equivalent of 2 days per week - working flexibly to meet deadlines (occasional weekends)

Personal Best Foundation is seeking a freelance Marketing & Communications Executive to support our small but growing charity. This role will have a strong digital focus but will also include broader marketing and communications responsibilities. It's a great opportunity to shape our content strategy, bring fresh ideas, and help grow our brand awareness.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience planning, creating, and managing engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website, email marketing) as well as wider marketing materials.
• Understands the power of storytelling to connect with audiences and inspire action.
• Has strong creative design skills to produce visually engaging content (social media assets, email visuals, reports, presentations, etc.).
• Can write clear, compelling copy tailored to different audiences, from impact-driven storytelling to press releases.
• Has the ability and willingness to learn quickly and get involved in different areas of marketing as the role requires.
• Is confident working independently, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the role.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with our small team and external partners.
• Is passionate about sport as a force for good.

While not essential, experience working within the charity sector or communicating social impact would be highly beneficial.

The successful candidate will gain broad experience from being in a start-up environment where they'll be required to support a variety of different projects.

This is a flexible, freelance role working remotely for two days per week. Initially a 12-month contract, there is potential for increased hours or a longer-term role based on success.
