FREELANCE Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering - Kent - up to £400pd (OUTSIDE IR35) - 12 months

My client is a Civils Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £100m. They currently have a major highways scheme in Kent and are in the market for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Due to the location of the project, they are looking for a freelance candidate. This role will last for a minimum of 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Project experience including: major roads/highways (essential), drainage, earthworks, structures/bridges, culverts etc.
• Conversant knowledge in NEC forms of contracts.
• A main contractor background.
