We are looking for 3 freelance Recruitment Consultants to join the team. Let's be clear: we're looking for sales-driven professionals who know how to bring in business and manage their recruitment desk independently. This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will develop your own client base and source top-tier candidates, all whilst being coached by a €900K+ recruiter and supported by a collaborative team.
Key Performance Objectives:
- First placement within 4 months
- 10 placements in year 1
- 60K€ Quarterly billings as of year 2
- 4 active requirements at all times as of month 6
- ATS always up to date
- 100% response rate to candidates
- 25+ candidate NPS

Who You Are:
- An experienced 360 recruiter who knows how to bring in business
- A proactive, independent professional who thrives on results
- Confident on the phone and not reliant on job ads
- Fluent in French/English or Dutch/English (trilingual is a plus!)
- Open to learn a new way of working
