Freelance Site Manager

Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager in Turriff. The client is a local main contractor with deep roots across the North-East of Scotland. Due to an increase in workload, the client is looking to onboard a Freelance Site Manager with previous experience delivering commercial refurbishment/fitout projects, minimum valuation of £2m.

In your new role, you will oversee the daily operation of a refurbishment/fitout project on a leisure facility in Aberdeenshire. You will be responsible for guiding sub-contractors, in-house tradesmen & labour to meet programme deadlines and clients expectations. You will host toolbox talks, site inductions & contribute to weekly progress meetings with the construction director.

As a minimum you must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS & Scaffold Inspection ticket and have previous experience delivering commercial refurbishment contracts over valuation of £2m for local authorities/public sector.

As reward, you will be paid by the hour (CIS/Ltd) on a weekly basis.
