ROLE: Freelance Site Manager

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

START: March Start (Start Date TBC)

DURATION: 6 Months+

RATE: £250 - £280

Freelance Site Manager required to oversee the refurbishment of social housing/assisted living properties within the Maidstone area. You will need to have experience working within social housing environments, be driven & capable of managing all site activity, maintaining high levels of health & safety and delivering a high quality of workmanship in line with the company standards and client's expectations.

Key skills and experience required:

1. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work
2. Strong experience within the social housing/assisted living sector
3. Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials
4. Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees
5. Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks
6. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for producing a high-quality finish
7. Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
8. Strong communication and liaison skills
