We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project delivery, program governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership. This role requires deep expertise in SAP modules, project management methodologies, and the ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP programs, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Develop and maintain program governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

• Oversee multiple SAP projects, ensuring seamless integration between modules such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or other relevant SAP solutions.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful program execution.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Drive change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful SAP implementations.

• Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, and technical teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting to executive leadership.

• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, including leading large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.

• Strong understanding of SAP ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.).

• Proven track record in managing complex, enterprise-wide SAP programs.

• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, SAP Solution Manager).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore teams.

• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

• SAP certification (SAP Activate, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred.
