Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Developer with extensive years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next JS and Vue JS with expertise in UX/UI design and accessibility. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.

You will own/be accountable for:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Vue JS and Next JS
2. Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across various devices and platforms
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge
8. Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
9. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
10. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to help them grow their skills
11. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
12. Ensure the security and integrity of web applications by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows

1. Possess a strong background in UI UX design principles and best practices
2. Strong expertise in frameworks like React (NextJS), Vue, and extensive experience in building scalable, performant web applications.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
4. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
6. Have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
