Key Accountabilities:
Set up and run multiple voucher print runs each day
Carry out the pick and pack process of each postal order in a timely manner
Responsible for ensuring all postal orders are dispatched on time and correctly
Assist with the organisation of stock in the storage area
Receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries of stock in correct place
Complete monthly stocktakes accurately and efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer service, understanding the impact issues have on customers and our business, then managing appropriately
Support customers with their queries in relation to our products in a timely and professional manner
To learn and understand the operating systems/software that the company's products run on
Work with our customers to create gift voucher websites
Required behaviours & attributes
Very organised and works methodically
Able to multitask
Physically fit - Occasional moderate lifting required
Eye for detail
Work under pressure to meet deadlines
Good team player
A good working knowledge of websites and the internet is desirable
