Job Description
Position: Expert Fullstack Developer (Java) with DevOps Experience
Location: Brussels (2-3 days onsite/week)
Language: Dutch (mandatory), English
We are currently looking for an Expert Fullstack Developer (Java) with DevOps experience to join a leading energy supplier based in Brussels.
Scope:
- Develop and maintain Java microservices (Spring Boot)
- Build REST APIs and integrate with frontend (Vue.js, Magnolia CMS)
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployments on Azure AKS
- Support API management (Kong), Identity (Keycloak), and integrations (Kafka)
- Work in agile team; coach peers where needed
Must-Have Skills:
- Java 11/17, Spring (Boot, MVC) - 5+ years
- REST, JAX-WS, XML, SOA - 3+ years
- JavaScript/TypeScript - 3+ years
- Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps - 2+ years
- EU citizenship
Nice to Have:
- Vue.js, Magnolia CMS, Webpack, Sass, Kafka Streams, Reactive programming
