Since then, Thaleria has grown to over 120 professionals focusing on 3 main activities in the fields of Software Development, Data & AI, and Cloud Services:

• On-premises consulting in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
• Fixed-price project development from our delivery centre in Lisbon.

What you'll do

Thaleria's client within the European Institutions in Brussels is currently looking for the following profile:

• Design and implement proof of concept solutions, including integration with the custom UI (based on Angular)
• Design and development of the application components and building blocks
• Analysis of the integration of different information systems
• Design and development of APIs
• Data analysis and data modelling
• Help the deployment of the components and the configuration management
• Assistance in the testing and technical training.
• Writing of technical documentation.

Qualifications

• B2 level of English minimum. Any level of French is an asset.
• More than 7 years' experience in JAVA (JEE) technology (full stack), Spring. Java SE + Java 8 + Java 11 = additional assets.
• Very good knowledge of Angular 2+. Angular 6+ = additional assets.
• Experience with WS SOAP development on Oracle Web Logic application server and with Oracle middleware products (SOA Suite). Good knowledge of the design and development of multi-tier applications.
• Experience with these standards/APIs: XSD, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAXB (possibly also JAX-RPC).
• Very good knowledge of relational databases management (Oracle, SQL, ).
• Strong work experience with Message Oriented Middleware/Enterprise Service Bus technologies.
• Very good knowledge of micro services and RESTful paradigms.
• Strong work experience with modern UI paradigms (client-side scripting).
• Experience in object-oriented design and development, reusable components design and development, UML.
• Strong experience with unit and integration testing and automatic testing frameworks, as well as CI/CD and integration tools like Jenkins, Sonar.
• Strong practical experience with most of the following: XML, HTML, IntelliJ, JPA, Maven, CSS, Web Services, Scrum, JSON, PL-SQL, SQL, GIT, JBoss, Jackson, Hibernate, REST API, JavaScript, Google Cloud computing, React, Tomcat, WSDL, BPMN, Eclipse/Workshop 10.3, Ant, SoapUI, Bamboo, Kafka, Swagger, Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, EJB 3, VueJS, Mongo DB, Jasmine, Junit, JIRA, Confluence
