• 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Tech-fluent in APIs, SQL, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)-you speak data like a pro.
• Testing pro-experience with QA methodologies (ISTQB certification is a plus).
• A natural communicator-able to translate tech talk into business value (and vice versa).
• Independent problem-solver-you love digging into challenges and finding smart fixes.
• Bilingual-fluent in Dutch with strong French skills.
