Functional analyst

Job Description:

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the ATM & Cash squad, supporting the functional design and technical integration of solutions within a distributed project environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with business analysts, clients, and architects to design appropriate solutions aligned with enterprise strategies
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Coordinating asset teams and ensuring alignment on responsibilities
• Supporting development and testing to ensure coherence between specifications and the delivered solution
• Analyzing and resolving production incidents while maintaining up-to-date documentation

Profile Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in functional analysis
• Technical Skills:
• Functional and technical knowledge of distributed environments
• Java development knowledge is a plus
• Business Expertise:
• Familiarity with analysis methodologies
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and banking processes is preferred
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Team player with adaptability and project management abilities
