Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure delivered solutions align with the agreed-upon design from the sales cycle
• Assist Infor Programme leadership in helping customers achieve their goals
• Create and refine key Architecture Artifacts, ensuring they're well-organized and consistently maintained
• Validate solution designs to meet customer project objectives and technical requirements, ensuring business value is delivered
• Provide leadership to the Project Team, actively participating in various project phases to ensure solution adoption
• Analyze customers' systems, proposing effective solutions to address their business challenges
• Incorporate change acceptance principles into requirements and decisions
• Contribute to the Architecture Competency Centre, helping develop best practices and tools
• Deliver knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new talent recruits
• Work closely with PreSales and Sales teams on significant opportunities within your industry
• Provide industry-specific knowledge during the sales cycle to help plan activities
• Recommend End-to-End solution designs that align with customer objectives and desired outcomes
• Identify and develop potential business use cases
• Help define the business case for implementing innovative solutions and run proof-of-concept projects
• Provide valuable insights to our Research and Development team based on industry trends

Qualifications:

• In-Depth ERP Knowledge
• Industry Experience in Manufacturing
• Proven Leadership in ERP Implementation
• Exceptional Stakeholder Relationship Management Skills
• Willingness to Travel (Up to 40%)
• Fluent in French and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer-Facing Expertise
• TOGAF Knowledge
