Fund Finance Lawyer

THE ROLE

The finance team is seeking an associate with the ability to handle fund finance matters likely to include hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest, and NAV/asset backed facilities - ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers, with experience from an international or leading regional law firm.

You will have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and the ability to lead deals in a friendly, collegiate environment.
