Fund Management Contracts Manager

Fund Management Contracts Manager needed in SW London.

The rate is £300.00 per day PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The reference number is: RQ.

The successful candidate will need local authority experience and experience of managing a medium sized contract above a million pounds in value. They should have experience in managing commercial property contracts and fund management.

The main aspects of the role will be to actively manage a large Fund Management Contract. This role will involve setting up an effective system to monitor performance and assist in building the specification for the upcoming Contract. The candidate will report to senior management and work in a hybrid pattern, attending the office as required. They will establish a robust system for performance monitoring, review, provide recommendations for contract improvements, and contribute to drafting the specification for the future Contract.
