Salary: £55k + 10% Bonus

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Furniture Consultant to join our client's team. In this role, you will help clients select and source the perfect furniture solutions to match their design vision, functional needs, and budget. Your expertise will be key in managing furniture projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless integration into larger projects or standalone furniture installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, designers, and project teams to understand furniture requirements and preferences.
• Guide clients through the selection process, offering expert advice on style, functionality, and ergonomics.
• Research and source furniture from a wide range of manufacturers, balancing quality, aesthetics, and lead times.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including itemised schedules, visuals, and pricing for client presentations.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure quotes, samples, and specifications, and manage the procurement process.
• Oversee orders and deliveries to ensure timelines are met.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to provide innovative and stylish solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Furniture Consultant or in a similar role within design, construction, or furniture retail.
• Strong knowledge of furniture design, materials, and manufacturers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or HubSpot is a plus.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative eye for design and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
