General Company Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable individual to join us as a General Company Assistant. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, including admin, marketing, content, events, and operations.

No two days will be the same-one day, you might be helping to proofread marketing materials, the next, coordinating an event, assisting with social media content, or supporting the design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain broad experience in a fast-paced, growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support across different teams.

• Assist with proofreading, editing, and content preparation for websites, magazines, and marketing materials.

• Support event planning and coordination, including logistics and communications.

• Help manage emails, scheduling, and company communications.

• Assist with social media and marketing efforts, including drafting posts and updating content.

• Work with the design team to help coordinate print and digital materials.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth workflows.

• Handle ad-hoc projects, from research tasks to data entry, based on company needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Highly organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

• A great communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

• Attention to detail - you'll be helping proofread and refine content.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and basic digital tools (experience with Canva, WordPress, or social media platforms is a bonus).

• A team player who is willing to help wherever needed.

• Someone with a can-do attitude - we need problem solvers, not problem finders!

• A keen interest in sports, fintech, or community-driven projects would be a plus.
