Office based, commutable from Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Bath, Gloucester, Newport and Surrounding Areas.

Are you a strong people manager within the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical sectors looking to join a rapidly growing, highly bespoke manufacturer? This company has shy of 30 employees and is growing. They are owned by a globally renowned manufacturing group but still operate as their own entity. This role will have full autonomy over internal business operations such as people management and quality, offering a great deal of future opportunity to become Managing Director.

This role will suit someone with leadership experience within a Technical or Engineering sector looking for autonomy, recognition, and career progression.

The Role:
- Directly and indirectly responsible for 28 employees (this will increase with growth)

- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Background within the Technical, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry
