General Manager - New Opening

The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group's go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations. We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us for an exciting new opening in 2025. We have a brand-new exciting concept in Covent Garden opening Autumn 2025. Turnover will be £20M across multiple restaurants and bars.

• Ambition and ability to step up into a more senior role and have a strategic focus from opening the concept and being able to keep adapting and developing
