Job Description

We are CH&CO, proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. CH&CO is a contract catering company providing services across all sectors, and due to our continued growth and recent business successes, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team in the Surrey area.

Location: Surrey
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20-40 members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day running.
  • Drive business growth through strategic decision-making and effective cost management.
  • Understand and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Cultivate a supportive and accountable work environment by providing guidance and encouragement to help the team and individuals achieve their goals.
