The Job Role

• General Manager of a 200+ bedroom leisure based hotel with function facilities.
• The General Manager will lead a team of 15 established HOD's in delivering financial and customer service targets.
• Leading from the front, the General Manager will be the face of the hotel.
• Delivering the financial budget.

Requirements

• This role would suit an existing General Manager from a leisure based hotel.
• You will have managed hotel budgets of over £14 million annual revenue.
• Full service hotel experience essential.
• This is not a first time General Manager's position.
