• £47,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
• 11k Service Charge (paid weekly)

The Job Role

• General Manager within a superb branded high-end restaurant group
• Run the day-to-day operations of this fresh food restaurant
• Deliver the best customer service
• Have the freedom to be creative
• A 7-day operation, working 5 days out of 7
• Lead a large team

The Requirements

• A strong background within restaurants, hotels, or fresh food gastro pubs
• A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
• A self-starter who relishes staff development
• Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site
• General Manager with a high volume background is desirable
