1. Up to £50,000 depending on experience.

The Job Role:

1. A General Manager to lead a busy Branded Restaurant.
2. To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward.
3. A General Manager to take full P&L responsibility.
4. Developing a high-performing and motivated team.

The Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment.
2. Experience with managing large teams is a must.
3. You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
4. The successful General Manager will have led fresh food operations.
5. An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must.
6. Must come from a busy Branded Restaurant or gastro pub background.

The Location:

1. Torquay.
2. Due to location, own transport is essential.
