The Job Role

• Lead a busy high-end restaurant
• Oversee the high volume operation
• Interact with every dining guest to ensure all expectations are met
• Manage a large team
• Exceed in future planning for the business
• Lead from the front
• Continually drive standards of food and drink service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high-end environment.
• Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar large venue.
• Very guest service driven with a focus on ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Experience in a full service restaurant.
• Experience managing a large team is a must.
• An engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to hold a presence in the restaurant.
