• Strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high-end environment
• Proven experience in a similar large venue
• Guest service driven with a focus on ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
• Experience in a full service restaurant
• Experience managing a large team is a must
• Engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with a strong presence in the restaurant
