What are we looking for in our ideal General Manager:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Italian dining background
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staffing, and budgeting
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to world-class service
