Overview

Client is seeking a Geographic ICT Specialist to continue assignments and build new solutions within the domain of Graphic Applications.

Context & Required Expertise

• Has extensive experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Has experience with Esri geodatabases and integration of WFS and WMS services.
• Has experience with Web Interfaces integration involving SOAP, REST, WMS, WFS, and WCS.
• Has strong proficiency in Python scripting.
• Is familiar with the Esri Utility Network.

Additional Expertise Required

• In-depth knowledge and experience in ArcGIS, Geocortex, and Vertigis Studio Web implementations in projects.
• Experience with authorization and authentication systems.
• Expertise in analysis techniques and project management.
• Strong programming skills in: C#, C++, Java, ASP.NET, VB.NET
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of cartography.

Skills

• ArcGIS Enterprise solutions in the Cloud
• Configuration and use of ArcGIS Monitor
• Geocortex and Vertigis Studio Web products
• Setting up the GEO infrastructure of ESRI components (Portal, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS datastore)
• Releasing in an OTAP environment via Azure Pipelines
