As the Global Head of Select Success, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and design, create, lead and scale a world-class customer success organisation, focused on driving exceptional customer experiences, measurable business outcomes, and long-term customer retention and expansion.
What you will do to be successful in this role:
You will be an experienced leader from a SaaS environment, with significant experience leading enterprise-focused teams at a global scale. You will have experience in the following areas:
- Customer success strategy
- Creation of new success offerings
- Customer advocacy and relationship management
- Revenue growth and expansion
- Team building and development
