Role description:The purpose of the Global Job Evaluation Partner is to drive the implementation of the Global Career Framework, to educate the people team and managers about our career framework, and to create and maintain a consistent system of record.
This position will be reporting directly to the P&R Director of Europe.
Role accountabilities:- Creating a job evaluation structure with thorough guidance around application and managing expectations and timelines about deliverables.
- Driving the consistent implementation of the career framework throughout the company through structured project planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Developing and implementing a platform to register job evaluation results in a digitized and automated way and responsible for securing the platform.
- Assigning the correct job titles to the right roles and handling and tracking any exception management cases.
- Educating and training people team members and managers about the Career framework, Hay evaluation system, and our job titling guidelines.
- Developing clear governance around job architecture, Career framework, job evaluation, and job titles and ensuring this is applied and consistently secured.
- Determining success metrics, using data analytics to identify inequities and inconsistencies, and recommending corrective actions.
- Participating in projects, including improvement and automation activities, in particular in SME areas.
- Staying informed about outside market developments in the field of job evaluation structures and job titles.
- Together with the Capability & Workforce Readiness COE, improve the career framework to support an internal equitable and coherent grading system and an internal career development framework.
- Together with the People Business Partners implement the career framework and collaborate on change management towards the business.
- Together with the P&R Technology Partner make sure HCM is adjusted to reflect the career framework.

- Career Framework.
- Job titles outcomes.
- Governance around job architecture, career framework, job evaluation, and job titles.
Influences:
- Prioritization of the evaluation process when there are competing demands.
Vetoes:
- Exceptions to the job framework and titles that are not within the guidelines and haven't been approved through governance.
Our ideal candidate has either experience as an external job evaluator and is looking to develop a career in-company or has been working closely in this field internally and is keen to build further expertise in the area of rewards and benefits.
The candidate should possess honed analytical skills to understand an organization and translate that into the career framework. Excellent communication skills to understand the content of a role and explain the job evaluation result with clarity are essential.
The candidate should be firm in defending job evaluation and job title outcomes yet flexible enough to understand the challenges in the business. Sensitivity around organizational dynamics and comfort in challenging appropriately and escalating when needed is crucial.
The candidate should have broad experience and understand the complexity of people issues. Further, experience with diverse and complex matrix businesses in an international setting and familiarity working within a People Shared Services & Centers of Excellence model is required.
Strong project management skills to drive the implementation of the career framework are also necessary.
