Global Product Owner Low-Code (m/f/d)

In the Coatings Division, we are focused on the development, production and marketing of a variety of coating solutions - from applied surface technologies to automotive paints. Working in global teams, we promote innovation, design and new applications in order to meet our partners' needs. This portfolio is complemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enables new applications with innovative surfaces.

In this position, you are part of a highly motivated and agile global team that develops innovative digital solutions for marketing and sales within the Global Automotive OEM Coatings business (G-ECO/MD). The digitalization of internal processes is a key pillar of our digital strategy and as a low-code product owner at G-ECO/MD, you play a crucial role in that endeavor.

• As a Global Product Owner, you define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our low-code tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Furthermore, you prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure that development efforts focus on delivering maximum value.
• Moreover, you work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and ensure successful product delivery.
• Utilizing your low-code expertise, you participate in the development process to build and enhance applications.
• Another critical aspect of your role is to ensure that the final product meets high standards of quality, usability and performance.
• Lastly, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in low-code development is essential for applying this knowledge to improve our processes and products.

• bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• proven experience as a product owner or similar role in low-code development projects
• hands-on experience with OutSystems or other low-code platforms with the ability to contribute to development tasks
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
