The Global Real Estate Solutions Innovation and Intelligence Manager will develop and lead a new service offering for the Real Estate Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing a newly created lease portfolio management application across the global network. This application was designed to help corporate real estate executives manage their real estate portfolio.

Working with executives across the world, you will build relationships to identify new tool enhancements and develop a product roadmap for the application. Leveraging data from the application and market intelligence, you will provide actionable insights which generate new value to the firm.

You will monitor trends relevant to the commercial real estate industry and share insights with executives on a regular basis.

You will also partner with colleagues to develop and deliver master category strategies that incorporate critical insights and recommendations to further enhance the user experience and value delivered throughout the network.

Duties include:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, roadmap requirements and budget for the lease management portfolio tool and/or other products utilized by the Real Estate Solutions team.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements to ensure smooth execution and ongoing value to provide to the end users.
• Manage product testing and QA with IT, developers and design teams as required.
• Proactively identify and address any challenges or areas for improvement to optimize and improve the digital experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and successful collaboration.
• Create insights from data and communicate actionable opportunities at the executive level.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the team to develop master category strategies and elevate category management to enhance the customer experience and increase the value delivered to the organization.
• Identify and report trends in commercial real estate.
• Develop and lead quarterly real estate summits.
• Develop and publish white papers.
• Conduct voice of the customer workshops, conduct regular market research, and translate stakeholder feedback and research into deliverable features and benefits that enhance the product value.
• Create optimization models and dashboards.

• Previous experience in product management, data analytics, lease advisory services, lease brokerage and/or corporate real estate.
• Must be a self-starter with demonstrated experience launching a new product or service and desire to grow a new service line.
• Creative and adaptable personality with a natural curiosity to learn and innovate.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen to make strategic recommendations.
• Comfortable leading discussions and presenting to large audiences.
• Early adopter and champion of new technology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working independently.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
• Experience working with AI based applications and agentic workflows a plus.
• Experience with real estate applications such as IBM TRIRIGA, Smart Sheets, etc. are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams and Project a plus.
