Job Purpose;

We are in search of a highly skilled Program Manager to spearhead the Global Automation and Innovation Program at DP World Contract Logistics. The key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the Automation Library Project, driving the literacy program, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Automation & Innovation public platform. This role is pivotal in fostering excellence in automation initiatives throughout our global contract logistics ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of program current and future planned initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, establishing a roadmap for Automation and Innovation Program initiatives.
3. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Automation Library Project.
4. Collaborate with teams to create and maintain a central repository for automation resources, best practices, and solutions.
5. Drive the development and execution of an Automation and Innovation Literacy Program.
6. Ensure teams globally are well-versed in the latest automation technologies and innovation methodologies.
7. Lead the creation of a public platform for Automation and Innovation and enable teams to propose, evaluate, implement, and track automation and innovation initiatives globally.
8. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automation and innovation programs initiatives.
9. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Automation and Innovation Program initiatives and communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
10. Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
2. + 5 years proven experience in program management with a focus on automation and innovation, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
3. Strong understanding of warehouse automation technologies and innovation methodologies.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills and results-oriented with a track record of successful program implementation.
5. Previous experience providing project planning and scheduling as well as working with project management tools & frameworks such as CCPM, PRINCE2, Kanban, Agile, Scrum
