GSK is seeking individual's collaborative mindset to drive strategic insight generation that will define and shape Global Meningitis Vaccines Strategy for both inline and pipeline assets. Working across assets and lifecycle stages with Global Product Strategy, Research & Development and a wide, cross-functional group of partners you will:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be a thought-partner for the Meningitis team
  • Lead on insight generation to shape and drive commercial forecasts for the meningitis inline and pipeline assets for business governance milestones, ensuring 100% adherence to market research compliance guidelines
  • Partner with the Global Competitive Intelligence team to closely monitor the latest external developments, and translate these into concise and impactful recommendations with cross-functional input
  • Drive pull-through of insights into Global Product Strategy and ultimately impact the activities and focus of the organization based on sound insights
  • Leverage technology and innovation to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness in insight generation, while maintaining rigor and quality
  • Generate actionable and concise recommendations from a broad array of databases and solutions to meaningfully influence GSK Meningitis strategic trajectory
  • Develop robust forecast models ensuring seamless integration of market and customer insights into sound forecasts that contribute to stage gating and investment planning decisions to inform governance, produce sensitivities and scenarios, and provide auditable references for sources, assumptions and decisions
Why You? Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Areas of specialism: Life Science, Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare, in pharmaceutical (medical or marketing background), market research agency, management consultancy or financial institution
  • Proven application of high-quality commercial analytics and ability to provide insightful commercial and market insight
  • Ability to travel 10 -15% globally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience of vaccines
  • Proven ability in asset and portfolio forecasting
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Thorough conceptual understanding of the vaccine development and commercialization process.
  • Experienced in a global matrix environment, able to drive impact across a range of functions, seniority, and geographical locations.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to lead the delivery of projects from end to end and take ownership and accountability for the deliverables
  • Experience in working with individuals in countries, working with them to obtain appropriate country-level information and insight
